Dr Lesley A. Opoku-Ware is Euracare Ghana’s Non-Executive Director . A dual Ghanaian & British national, Dr Lesley A. Opoku-Ware obtained an MBChB from The Royal College of Surgeons, Dublin and her Family Physician qualification from Guys’s & St Thomas Hospital- London. Her extensive experience in the medical field includes working for BUPA London and being a GP partner in the Water Lane Surgery in South London. Upon returning to Ghana, she joined The Ghana College of Family Physicians and practiced in a number of leading institutions in Accra. She sits on the board of several prominent organizations, notably as Vice Chairperson of the Board of Trustees for the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme in Ghana. She was Euracare Ghana’s Managing Director from 2015 to 2017, when she was asked to assume the Ambassadorship to the Russian Federation.
Glenn de Villiers is head of Euracare and Managing Director of Euracare Ghana and Nigeria. A South African national, Glenn received a B.Soc.Sc. from the University of Cape Town and a Post-graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the University of the Witwatersrand. Following several hospital management positions with Afrox and Life Healthcare Group, he joined International SOS in 2000, assuming varied senior managerial positions in the same organization, notably: Country Manager in Vietnam, General Manager in Azerbaijan, Group General Manager of Clinic Operations for Africa, South East Asia and the Russian Federation, General Director in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, Russian Federation, and General Manager of Medical Services for Northern Asia, China and Mongolia. In 2015, Glenn became Regional Hospital Manager for Ross Healthcare and subsequently Acting Chief Operating Officer for Busamed Group with responsibility over 5 hospitals in South Africa. In June 2017, Glenn joined Euracare Ghana first as Deputy Centre Director then Managing Director. Glenn first joined Euracare as Managing Director of Ghana then he became Head of Euracare, responsible for both operations in Ghana and Nigeria.
Professor Nicholas Ossei-Gerning is Euracare Ghana’s Medical Director and Interventional Cardiologist. A dual Ghanaian & British national, Prof. Ossei-Gerning is an internationally-renowned expert in interventional cardiology and pudendology. After his initial medical training at University College Hospital in London and Cardiology training in the Yorkshire Heart Centre, he completed an Interventional Fellowship at the University of Alberta, Canada. Prior to joining Euracare Ghana in 2017, he was Consultant Interventional Cardiologist at the University of Wales and a member of the Medical Advisory Committee at the Spire Cardiff Hospital. He has also served on the Executive Board of Welsh Cardiovascular Society and as a member of British and European Cardiac Interventional Societies. A leading authority on Vasculogenetic erectile dysfunction, he is also a member of the International Societies for Sexual Medicine and of the International Consultation for Urology Diseases.
Pierre Sébillet is Euracare Nigeria & Euracare Ghana’s Chief Financial Officer. A French national, he has worked for Eurapharma, CFAO’s healthcare branch and Euracare’s shareholder, in France, Algeria, Egypt, Senegal and now Nigeria & Ghana.
